Wow, spring will be here before you know it. It's still early February but Punxsutawney Phil says that we'll have an early spring. What do you think? After the horrible spring we had last year, I really hope that this year will be sunny and 70 every day. I know, I know, that's asking for a lot, but you just never know.
As we get closer to spring time, it is important to know what needs to be done as we enter one of the most fun seasons of the year. Did you rake all of your leaves up in the fall? Yeah, that is what we thought. Most people don't rake the leaves up in the fall and even worse, they'll leave them on the ground as the spring rains hit. The leaves I'm talking about is around the base of the tree. If the tree can't breathe, it won't give us as many beautiful blooms in the spring that turn into full blown leaves by summer. Without those leaves, we will miss out on the awesome colors that fall brings.
With spring nearing, it is also pretty important to go out and look at your trees for decay, rot or signs of a disease. If found early enough, you can most likely save your tree and it could live the equivalent of many human life times. If a tree is not taken care of, it could die well before it should have. If you would like for our staff to come out and inspect your trees, we would be happy to do so. We are not pushy and will answer your questions with expertise and not charge you a penny.
Let's talk about tree trimming. That's right, tree trimming in Jackson, MS. This is our favorite thing to do. We love gods creations and hope they live for hundreds of years. You can keep your trees maintained by having them trimmed up and pruned on a yearly or bi-yearly time schedule. We have many customers who have us come out and take care of their trees on a yearly basis.
Now we can talk about tree removal. Yes, we do tree removals in Jackson and surrounding areas. There are those times when you need to have a tree removed. It could be diseased, dying or rotting. Maybe you are adding a structure to the same area as the tree or maybe you just want to cut it down. Either way, we'll cut it down and even remove the stump if you like.
There are those times when our customers want us to leave the limbs for firewood and we are ok with that. We can also take them with us and then we'll have firewood. Just kidding, but just let us know whether you want to keep the limbs and branches or have us take them.
We hope to hear from you soon, so please give us a call today for your free estimate. 601.429.1962
